Our membership model
Our membership fee is $250, automatically charged each month. We do not charge an initiation fee for new patients; however, we require a minimum commitment of six months. This membership provides access to multiple telehealth or in-home visits*, quick text consultations, and discounted labs, imaging, and medications. Please note that the membership fee does not cover the cost of labs, medications, or procedures. For residents of IL, WI, IN, MA. Home visits only in the Chicago North Shore.
We do not take insurance and cannot serve Medicare patients.
